FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When you join CITY GOLF COPENHAGEN – FLEX, you are registered as a flex member of the Danish Golf Union and at City Golf Copenhagen. The membership is a green fee membership, i.e. greeefee must be paid for everywhere, including at City Golf Copenhagen.

As a starting point, you can play green fees anywhere both in Denmark and abroad. There may be restrictions on handicaps or restrictions on times for the guest players on the different courses. If you want to play certain courses often, ask locally about the guest rules.

When you join, you can optionally provide a previous DGU number or send a handicap printout from the previous club or you can make a screenshot from Golf.dk/GolfBox. If you have not previously had a handicap, we recommend you take the membership CITY GOLF COPENHAGEN – FLEX – BEGINNER here there will be a “Golf Driving License weekend course” included where you will acquire a Golf Driving License.

When you sign up, you will receive an invoice for the annual membership fee within 14 days via “FARPAY” and this invoice is easily paid online via credit card, MobilePay or bank transfer. There will be no further membership fees from City Golf Copenhagen. The annual membership fee invoice is sent out in December with a payment deadline of 1 January.

No matter what time of year you sign up, you will have to pay for annual membership.

You will receive your DGU number and login to golf.dk by email within 48 hours once you have registered.

DGU cards are issued as a digital card via the app.
